Deltapump AS became in 2008 a continuation of Delta Pumpefabrikk AS, and is built on a proud family heritage with history dating back to 1878.
DELTA gear pump first hit the market in 1920, and has since been produced and delivered to local and international customers. The assembly of our gear pumps is still a craftmanship, and carried out by technicians with highly experience and knowledge.
Our gear pump is supplied to fisheries and aquaculture, shipping and shipbuilding, construction and agriculture and to other applications worldwide. We have created flow together with our customers since 1920, and this we will do in years to come.

Operation:
DELTA gear pump is a type of displacement pump in which two rotating gears transporting a liquid. The fluid is captured into the volume between the teeth of the gears, and forced out at the end of the pump. The teeth in the gears interlocking without clearance, so that the liquid can not flow back to the inlet.
